Meet Rushanne

Hi, I’m Rushanne, the founder of Step and Go Driving School. With a Sinhalese background and a deep passion for teaching, I’ve spent several years helping friends and family learn to drive. Inspired by the joy of seeing others gain confidence behind the wheel, I decided to turn this passion into a professional driving school.

 

I have completed the TLI41222 Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training (in an automatic vehicle) and hold a Working with Children Check, ensuring that I am fully qualified to provide the highest standard of driver education.
 

At Step and Go Driving School, I focus on creating a calm, patient, and supportive learning environment where every student feels at ease. I understand that learning to drive can be nerve-wracking for many, which is why my approach is always friendly, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s individual needs.
 

My goal is simple: to help you become a safe, skilled, and confident driver for life. I am committed to providing personalised driving lessons that move at your pace, ensuring that learning to drive is not only effective but also an enjoyable and positive experience.
